Evangelization

learn and understand the delivery management system and the newly introduced changes
explain the delivery management system to individuals and teams, to execute trainings
gather feedback from the team members, to share it with the delivery leader

Data collection

interview delivery team members
ask questions based on a predefined template, to gather answers
interpret the answers and to enter them into the centralized system in a structured form
identify data collection gaps
ensure the data collection is properly executed
review and report on data collection progress
support the execution of project reviews

Data optimization

identify inconsistencies in entered data
communicate with teams and explain what inconsistencies should be fixed and how
design and execute measures to prevent inconsistencies from happening
guide teams to provide data/fix issues - to remind, to follow up, to escalate to key stakeholders when issues cannot be resolved
improve documentation of the delivery management framework
create training materials and resources that improve understanding of the framework and completeness and consistency of gathered data
review documentation of delivered projects, to recommend improvements to be done

have basic knowledge of the software development life cycle and how software applications are built
possess good communication skills in English in both written and spoken form
establish professional relationships and connections with various roles and stakeholders, empathize, be oriented to detail, persist, be patient
be willing to learn, to have a natural curiosity to understand how things work
master the internal delivery framework/system, explain its concepts to teams, execute trainings for individuals and groups
understand software-related technical discussions
extract data from individuals and groups by executing interviews, to summarize
explain the expectations to teams and individuals and collect feedback from team members
drive the internal initiatives and ensure progress is made by teams
write and optimize internal documentation
